How Products and Services Speed Up Invoicing

Saving items you sell regularly means you don't have to retype descriptions, prices, or tax settings on every invoice. Set up your commonly sold items under…

Steps

  1. Set up your commonly sold items under Get Paid → Products & Services.
  2. When building an invoice, select the item from the Item dropdown on a line.
  3. Sumung automatically fills in the description, price, and default tax for you.
  4. Adjust the quantity, and repeat for any additional lines.

Good to Know

This speeds up entry and keeps pricing/descriptions consistent, but it does not map to a specific income account, since Products & Services records don't have a revenue-account field in Sumung.
