What Different Colors and Status Indicators Mean in Sumung

Steps

  1. Each status (Needs Attention, Suggested, Escalated, Completed) has its own color, shown both on the pill and on individual rows.
  2. "Auto rule" has its own indicator in the legend, marking lines that were resolved automatically by a matching rule rather than by manual review.
  3. Use the legend at the top of the table if you're ever unsure what a particular row's color or icon means.
