How to Navigate Using the Sidebar in Sumung

"Bank Accounts" sits as its own item in the main sidebar, separate from Finances, even though both relate to your books.

Steps

  1. Click "Bank Accounts" in the main sidebar to open the dashboard.
  2. Use "Finances" for the Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, and Reports.
  3. Use "Pay & Expenses" and "Get Paid" for bills/vendors and invoices/customers respectively.

Good to Know

Draft entries created elsewhere (e.g. journal entries) remain preserved until you explicitly issue, post, or submit them - nothing here is finalized just by navigating away.
