How to Clear Alerts in Sumung

"Clearing" an alert means resolving the underlying flagged transaction so it no longer counts toward Needs Attention, Suggested, or Escalated.

Steps

  1. Open the account's Review Transactions tab and click the relevant status pill (e.g. Needs Attention).
  2. Open each flagged line, confirm or correct its category/contact, and accept it.
  3. As each line is resolved, the status count drops. Once empty, the tab shows "All Caught Up!"
