Why Is the Contacts Page Loading Slowly

A slow-loading Contacts page is most often related to a very large contact list combined with a high "contacts per page" setting, or a slow network connection.

Steps

  1. Try lowering "Show [ ] per page" from 100 back down to 20 to load fewer rows at once.
  2. Use the search bar or a Customers/Suppliers filter to narrow the table instead of browsing the full list.
  3. Check your internet connection if other pages in Sumung are also loading slowly.
  4. Refresh the page if it appears to be stuck rather than just slow.
