Can a Contact Belong to Multiple Groups

Yes - a contact can be added to as many Groups as you like. Groups are just labels for organizing contacts, so the same contact can sit in several at once.

Steps

  1. Go to Contacts in the main sidebar.
  2. Select the checkbox beside one or more contacts.
  3. Click "Add to Group" in the toolbar.
  4. Choose a group from the "Select Group" dropdown, or click "+ Create New Group" to make a new one.
  5. Click "Add to Group" to confirm. Repeat for as many groups as you need.
