What Information Is Shown in the Contacts Table

The contacts table shows each contact's name, what you owe them, what they owe you, when they last had activity, and quick edit/archive actions - plus…

Steps

  1. Go to Contacts.
  2. Contact Name links to that contact's details.
  3. You Owe and They Owe show outstanding balances.
  4. Last Activity shows a relative timestamp.
  5. Actions show pencil (edit) and archive icons for that row.
  6. At the bottom, "Show [20/50/100] per page," the results range, and page-number arrows control how much of the table you see at once.
