Steps

  1. Go to Contacts and check the text beside the per-page dropdown.
  2. The first two numbers are the range of rows shown. The last number is the total matching your current tab and search.
  3. If your total is larger than your per-page setting, use the page arrows to see the rest.
  4. This count reflects whichever tab (All Contacts, Customers, Suppliers, Archived) and search filter is currently active.
