What Are Pending Payables in Contacts

"Pending Payables," shown in the summary card at the bottom of the Contacts page, is the total of everything you currently owe across all your supplier…

Steps

  1. Go to Contacts and scroll to the bottom of the page.
  2. "Pending Payables" totals the "You Owe" column across every contact.
  3. It updates automatically as bills are recorded or paid.
  4. Compare it against "Total Outstanding" to see your overall receivable-versus-payable position at a glance.
