An account that seems to be missing is usually filtered out by a category tab, hidden by the search bar, or sitting in the archived list rather than actually…

Steps

  1. Click "All" to remove any category filter and see the complete list.
  2. Clear the search bar to rule out a lingering filter.
  3. Click "Unarchive" to check whether the account was archived.
  4. Remember that accounts in Sumung can't be permanently deleted, so if it's truly gone from every view, it's worth double-checking with whoever last edited it.
