Why Am I Only Seeing a Few Journal Entries

If your list looks shorter than expected, check whether a status tab, search term, or low rows-per-page setting is narrowing the view.

Steps

  1. Click the "ALL" tab to remove any DRAFT/POSTED filter.
  2. Clear the search bar.
  3. Increase the "Rows" dropdown to 50 or 100.
  4. Check whether the "Archived" toggle is hiding entries you're looking for.
